Founded in February 2007, the Excellence Production Union ( Youpin Union--UPU ) is a fully registered legal entity with the Ministry of Civil Affairs. UPU is a professional membership organization made up of ten enterprises members in China, which are trading in Gift , Craft , Plastic , and Office Accessories.
